Portasui Trade Partner Program — For Architects, Builders & Designers

Why Partner with Portasui

  • Direct-from-manufacturer pricing — no distributor markup. You work directly with the workshop that builds the door.
  • Custom sizing up to 81″ × 147¾″ for pivot doors, with single panels exceeding 500 lbs supported under our Florida Product Approval engineering envelope.
  • Florida Product ApprovalsFL#28370 (pivot) and FL#16326 (classical/swing) — simplifies permitting in HVHZ counties.
  • In-house engineering team + PE-stamped shop drawings available on request (Florida PE-52609).
  • Dedicated project coordinator for every trade account — single point of contact from quote through installation.

What You Get as a Trade Partner

  • Trade pricing tiered by project volume and account history.
  • Priority production scheduling on trade-account orders.
  • Access to the full spec library: NOA engineering drawings, Florida Product Approval documents, CAD files for our standard pivot and classical envelopes — see FL approvals page for downloadable approval PDFs.
  • Co-marketing opportunities: project photography, case studies, social media features when your project is completed.
  • CEU/AIA learning unit support — contact us to discuss continuing-education options for your firm. (Specific course availability varies; we will confirm what is currently registered.)

How It Works

  1. Apply via the trade-partner application (select “Architect,” “Builder,” or “Designer” in the Customer Group field).
  2. Credentials review — our team reviews your portfolio and project pipeline.
  3. Account activation — once approved, you receive your trade pricing tier, spec library access, and a dedicated project coordinator.
  4. Ongoing support — we work side-by-side with your team from spec through installation, including jobsite coordination with your installer when needed.

Our Certifications & Approvals

Portasui doors are independently tested and certified to the Florida Building Code’s strictest requirements. All approval documents are downloadable from the Florida Hurricane Doors page — point your permit examiner to the same documents we use for permit submittals.
